Yelric handles project boards, portfolio media, schedules, prop lists, progress records, and collaboration bookings. This page explains what data the service uses, why that data matters to the work path, and which controls remain in the hands of the account owner.

Information We Collect

Yelric may collect account basics, project titles, board labels, schedule windows, checklist states, progress entries, portfolio media, and collaboration booking details that you choose to place inside the workspace. If you test the review build, local sample boards can appear so the core path is visible without a remote setup step.

How Board Data Is Used

Board data keeps each project moving from brief to delivery. The service uses that information to sort active work, show next actions, keep ready items visible, and present short progress signals across Workbench, Projects, Portfolio, and studio booking surfaces.

Portfolio Media Handling

Portfolio media is used to document finished looks, references, and delivery-ready outputs tied to a project. Media can be displayed in archive views, project detail views, or export-ready groupings so you can review the current state of a set before the next work session.

Collaboration Booking Records

Booking records may include partner names, timing notes, ready-shot counts, and task cues linked to a project. Yelric keeps these records inside the project path so the booking context stays attached to the work rather than becoming a separate network layer.

Storage and Security

Project records can be stored locally on the device and, where enabled, in related service storage used to keep the workspace available across sessions. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of board data and portfolio media.

Your Controls

You can edit project fields, update schedule blocks, remove checklist entries, replace portfolio media, and manage which bookings remain active. You may also close the service, request data help where available, and use in-app controls to reduce or remove stored workspace material.
